Tooth Pick Holders?

For those of you reading Willow Wood and wondering what Scuba had around his neck, below is a picture of a toothpick holder made from wood.  There are many different designs.  These unscrew at the end but some open in the center.  These are made with keychain rings on them but some have just free standing or have clips on them that you can hook inside your purse (or around a dog's collar).
